all sales are final. we do not offer refunds, returns, and exchanges. we will only accept returns under the following circumstances if the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
you have 10 days from the date you received your order to return. please contact us at email@example.com to initiate the return process.
once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. shipping costs are non-refundable.
